Dry Fly Distilling

Dry Fly Distilling is true craft distillery, located in beautiful Spokane, Washington. We produce award-winning vodka, gin, whiskies, and now bourbon using only locally grown grains and botanicals. Our stills, manufactured in Goppingen, Germany, are custom designed Christian Carl pot stills with multiple rectification columns. Both have 450-liter capacities and we expect an annual output of no more than 12 to 15 thousand cases of 12/750 mL bottles. Dry Fly is owned and operated by Don Poffenroth and Kent Fleischmann, both former marketing executives.

BroVo Spirits

BroVo Spirits features five single note botanical liqueurs- Douglas fir, ginger, lavender, lemon balm and rose geranium. They are handcrafted from organically grown or wild sourced botanicals, and use a minimum of sugar and no glycerin. They are lovely over ice, but wonderful featured in a cocktail by your favorite bartender.

When Washington State Law adopted Small Craft Legislation in July 26th 2009 the concept for Batch 206 LLC was born.

Just as Seattle is known worldwide for innovation in design, science and technology, aerospace engineering, music, agriculture, architecture and coffee. As Seattleites, we believe spirits conceived in Seattle by folks who live and work in the Seattle area have a good chance to capture the essence of this great city and should, like the aforementioned categories, resound worldwide.

Copperworks Distilling Co.

Welcome to the distillery formerly known as Big Derby!

Long story short: when the trademark application for the name “Derby Distilling” was denied due to potential confusion with an existing business, the government reviewer said that “Big Derby Distilling” was sufficiently distinctive and would pass. Alas, a different reviewer got the “Big Derby” trademark application and didn’t agree.

No use crying over spilled whiskey, so we’re moving on… and are now Copperworks Distilling.

We’ll be crafting fine spirits in traditional Scottish copper stills, built by expert coppersmiths who hammer the metal by hand. We believe these traditional copper pot and column stills will provide the best possible flavor for our spirits. In other words: copper works!

Coming in fall 2012

Copperworks Distilling Company will be a showpiece craft distillery, tasting room and retail store located in the heart of Seattle’s downtown waterfront. We’ll create premium gin and whiskey that can stand impressively on their own or serve as a delicious base for new and classic cocktails.

Fremont Mischief

Fremont Mischief is a full-circle distillery. We begin by selecting the finest organic grains and botanicals. Together with pure artesian waters, our carefully selected ingredients are skillfully drawn into fine spirits with the help of our artisan stills. Then, our spent grain is reused and ultimately returns, full-circle, as organic compost for farms and gardens. We recognize the artistry in crafting fine spirits. Our stills are a work of art themselves. They are hand-made by Arnold Holstein Co., a German family that’s been building distilleries for more than 50 years. Working closely with the still-maker, we incorporated proprietary distillation technologies into the columns of our stills. There is no need for twelve times distilled or even three. Our stills allow us to produce pure, flavorful spirits the very first run.

Pacific Distillery

Pacific Distillery is a family-owned and operated micro-distillery in Woodinville, Washington. With an eye toward artisinal distillers of the past, Pacific produces their spirits in extremely small batches.

Distilled in Washington State, Pacifique Absinthe Verte Superieur is carefully crafted in exact accordance with an 1855 French recipe and distillation process. Pacifique is made with the finest spirits and organic botanicals available, accurately representing the style of fine absinthe available in 19th Century France. Using a hand-hammered copper pot still, Pacifique begins with all-grain spirits; this pure base allows each botanical to show its complexity and character. Though a delight when served with nothing more than cold water, Pacifique also makes a great addition to cocktails both classic and modern.

Voyager Gin benefits from this careful attention to detail, starting with copper alembic still distillation, the finest available grain spirits, and organic botanicals. The result is an impeccably crafted London Dry Gin of notable complexity, ideal for mixing in all of your favorite gin cocktails.
